General Sales Terms

1. Identification of the seller

The seller is Feed Needs Without Borders ("FNWB"), a mission-driven organization. FNWB's legal form, registered office address, company/registration number, and VAT/tax identification number (where applicable) are placeholders pending finalization and will be displayed here. Contact: hello@feedneedswithoutborders.org. FNWB is the sole party to these Sales Terms and the only entity responsible for the performance of the services sold.

2. Services and pricing

FNWB sells the following plans. Prices are shown for reference and may change; the prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase apply.

• Free Account — $0. Website preview only; not published.
• FNWB Landing — $49/year.
• FNWB Nonprofit Digital System — $99/year.
• FNWB Growth — $30/month or $300/year (2 months included with annual billing).
• FNWB AI Fundraising System — $50/month or $500/year (2 months included with annual billing).
• Advanced / Enterprise — Custom quote, defined after a needs assessment.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, or local equivalent taxes). Depending on your country of establishment, local taxes may be added at checkout where required by law. FNWB's tax treatment and VAT status are placeholders pending finalization. You are responsible for any local taxes applicable to your organization's purchase. If you believe you are exempt from tax (e.g., as a registered nonprofit), please contact FNWB with supporting documentation.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed through a third-party payment processor (the specific processor is a placeholder pending finalization). FNWB accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Until full payment is received, the purchased services remain inactive. For Advanced / Enterprise custom quotes, payment terms are defined in the separate agreement. FNWB may refuse or delay an order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, verification failure, or non-completed organization verification).

5. Billing cycles and renewal

Annual plans are billed once per year and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Monthly plans are billed once per month and renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You will be notified before each renewal. You may keep, change, or cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period already paid for is not refunded except where required by law. Activation of a plan requires completed organization verification (no verification, no public activation).

6. Professional clients and right of withdrawal

FNWB is intended for organizations acting in a professional or institutional capacity (nonprofits, NGOs, associations, foundations, etc.). The legal right of withdrawal provided to consumers by consumer-protection laws does not apply to contracts concluded with professionals. If your organization is, under applicable law, considered a non-professional or consumer, please contact FNWB before purchase to discuss applicable withdrawal rights. FNWB voluntarily offers a cooling-off period of 14 days from the initial annual purchase, during which you may request a cancellation of a not-yet-activated annual plan; once the website or services are activated and published, this voluntary period no longer applies.

7. Refunds

Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. FNWB may, at its discretion, offer a pro-rata refund for unused annual periods in exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be sent to hello@feedneedswithoutborders.org within 30 days of the event giving rise to the request. Refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Chargebacks or payment disputes must be preceded by a good-faith contact to FNWB; abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Late payment

In case of late or failed payment, FNWB may suspend the affected services after reasonable notice. Where permitted by law, FNWB may apply late-payment penalties and recovery costs (including reasonable collection fees) on overdue amounts, at the rates permitted by applicable law. FNWB will notify you before applying such penalties where feasible.

9. Force majeure

FNWB is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, government action, labour disputes, or other force majeure events. FNWB will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible after the event ends.

10. Changes to services and prices

FNWB may update its prices, plans, features, and these Sales Terms from time to time. Price changes take effect at the next renewal for existing subscribers, with reasonable prior notice where feasible. Continued use of the services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FNWB is established. Disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, and where mandatory local law so requires (for example, for a customer established in France or the European Union), disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the customer's country of establishment. Otherwise, disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of FNWB's place of establishment. The specific governing jurisdiction is a placeholder pending finalization.
